Additional price information

  • All Prices are per week for a maximum of 10 people from Saturday 16.00hrs to Saturday 11.00hrs.
  • A breakage deposit of 250 GBP per week is requested. This should be presented as a separate cheque and will be held uncashed unless there has been due cause to do so until 14 days of your departure when it will be returned to you.
  • Short Term Lets and Long Winter Lets can be negotiated
  • Cleaning - the owners do not make a charge for cleaning but ask our guests to leave the apartment how they found it. Please be assured that the cleanliness of the apartment is always ensured before your arrival by the cleaner of the Chateau.
  • Security - a key to the gates of the property will be provided with the house key. Purely as a precautionary measure, we request that when the estate is left for any period of time that the gates are closed and locked.
  • There is 30.00 GBP fuel supplement per week when central heating is required.
